1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days. Shipping cost is AED[X], free on orders over AED[amount].

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days. Shipping cost is AED[X].

  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered by the next business day. Shipping cost is AED[X].

  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies by country, typically 7–14 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and customs processing for international shipments.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order anytime on our website or through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address.

  • International Orders: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some countries may have restrictions on certain products. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply to their order. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your country’s customs office.

  • Please be aware that customs clearance can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.

  • For stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier. If you need assistance, our customer service team is here to help.

7. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you made an error, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@kairostimepieces.ae or +971 56 852 1453. We can update your shipping address as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

8. Shipping Damage

In the unlikely event that your watch arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customercare@kairostimepieces.ae with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will either send you a replacement or process a return for a full refund, depending on your preference.

9. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED[X] (before taxes and shipping fees). This offer is valid for orders within UAE only.
